Very Hot pepper varieties. I consider this to be ones that fall in the range between your typical habanero level and superhots. This is all subjective but would consider these to be in the 400,000 to 700,000 scoville range. There are some peppers you may find located in the Very Hot collection and also in either the Super Hot collection or the Hot collection. An example would be Yellow Brain Strain. I feel it is on the edge. Is extremely hot but not really in the same class as many of the red and chocolate superhots.
