Description: The Cumari do Para is a very hot, yellow chili pepper from northern Brazil known for its strong, fruity flavor and citrus-like aroma. This small, bullet-shaped pepper is closely related to the Aji Charapita and can be used fresh, dried, or pickled. They tend to go to a pale yellow almost white when left to ripen longer.
