Purple Reaper

$ 4.20

Description:  I got these from my friend Carlos in Brazil.  I don't know the cross or stability, but all the plants I grew were consistent.  Pods were the same and plant characteristics also.  These were huge plants with dark foliage.  Many of the pods had a nice overall reaper shape but not as bumpy.  Many had stingers.  They start off almost solid purple particularly if in full sun and then eventually ripen to red.  Late in the season some of the pods were still holding onto some purple areas when ripe.  These are really hot, but not as hot as a normal reaper.

The filial generation of this pepper is uncertain, which means it could still be unstable. You may see variations in your grow from this description.
